to Emily Moyer, Ph.D.

We officially welcomed Dr. Emily Moyer as our Director of Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Research & Development! With three months already under her belt, Emily has been making a tremendous impact, bringing her expertise and passion for excellence to our team.

When asked “What excites you most about leading our food safety and R&D programs”, Emily shared her passion for the incredible team at Chabaso, saying:

"At the end of the day, food safety and quality programs are only as good as the people trained and entrusted with implementing those programs. When I first started, I was struck by the number of employees who have been with Chabaso for 10, 15, and 20+ years. We have an incredible team here that is committed to doing the right thing to ensure we maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality. That’s important to me as we continue evolving our programs, looking for opportunities to get better and better. But it’s also a critical component for Chabaso as a whole, as we build towards long-term business growth opportunities.”

We’re thrilled to be working with her and can’t wait to see how her leadership continues to elevate our commitment to quality and innovation.

This February, our ovens were busy baking some incredible breads! From the rich and aromatic Roasted Garlic Ciabatta (14oz) to the hearty and rustic Tuscan Boule (14oz) and the flavorful Rosemary Olive Oil Boule (18oz), each loaf was crafted with care and quality ingredients.
